ATMORE, Ala. — Atmore police have identified a man they say tried to use a credit card that was not his at a local Walmart, and they are asking the public for help locating him.
Investigators say Joseph Dooley is wanted on nine felony warrants for fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. Authorities have been trying to identify him since March.
Officials urge anyone who sees Dooley to contact local law enforcement immediately.
