CITRONELLE, Ala. — Citronelle firefighters rushed to a mobile home fire around 1 a.m. Monday, June 22, and everyone inside got out without injury.
Flames were burning on the front porch of the home when crews arrived. With fire blocking the front of the residence, firefighters had to force entry through a bedroom window to attack the blaze.
Because of limited manpower, the Citronelle Fire Department called on mutual aid from the Georgetown-Fellowship Volunteer Fire Department and Oak Grove Volunteer Fire-Rescue, both of which sent crews to the scene.
The mobile home was declared a total loss, but officials confirmed there were no injuries.
