The North and South All-Star baseball squads split a doubleheader Monday as part of AHSAA All-Star Week, with each side claiming a win.
The North team took game one, 5-1, while the South rallied to win the nightcap, 7-3.
Flomaton’s Kam Martin was a bright spot for the South squad at first base, going 2-for-2 in the opener. Martin added a 1-for-1 performance with a walk in the second game, helping the South close out the doubleheader split.
Flomaton High School baseball coach David Strickland also took part in the event, serving as one of the coaches for the South All-Stars.
