Mobile Police have confirmed new details nearly four months after a wrong-way crash on the Bayway killed two people.
Investigators say Shawn Wright was driving the wrong way when he struck and killed 24-year-old Kaytrielle Jones. They also say Wright was driving under the influence at the time.
The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 7 in the eastbound lanes, according to the Mobile Police Department. The investigation remains ongoing.
