A quick programming update from downtown Mobile: The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest wraps its Crescent Theater run this Thursday, December 2, and a new headliner takes over Friday.
Starting December 3, the Crescent screens Conviction, the inspirational true story of a sister’s unwavering devotion to her brother — and her fight to overturn his wrongful murder conviction. Hilary Swank and Sam Rockwell star.
Following that, Chris Morris’ satire Four Lions opens Friday, December 10, keeping the theater’s rotation of new independent releases moving through the holiday season.
