A Citronelle man accused of killing his sister-in-law and setting her home on fire last month will be required to wear an electronic monitoring device if he is released on bond.
Jason Newburn is charged with murder and arson in the Nov. 19 death of Candy Newburn. Her body was found inside her home in Citronelle after a fire. Newburn was on the run for weeks following the fire and turned himself in on Friday.
On Monday morning, a judge set bond at $200,000 on the murder charge and $50,000 on the arson charge.
