Mobile Officials Looked Ahead After 2008 Air Tanker Contract Win

After Northrop Grumman and EADS won the Air Force tanker contract in 2008, Mobile officials discussed what the announcement could mean for the city’s future.

Congressman Jo Bonner said the opportunities for decades to come were significant. EADS said construction was scheduled to begin in the Mobile area as the program moved forward.
