MOBILE, Ala. — The South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office began accepting orders Monday for football away game tickets for two of the Jaguars’ three road games in the 2010 season.
Tickets are now available for South Alabama’s game against Edward Waters on Sept. 25 in Dothan, Ala., and for the Jaguars’ trip to UC Davis on Oct. 23.
How to Order
Fans can place orders by calling the ticket office at (251) 461-1USA. The ticket office also will mail an away game order form to all South Alabama football season ticket holders. Completed forms must be returned by July 30.
The number of tickets available for each road game is limited. Because of that, the ticket office will use Jaguar Athletic Fund priority points to determine the order in which requests are filled and where seats are assigned for both games.
Second Season of Jaguars Football
The 2010 season will be the second for the South Alabama football program under head coach Joey Jones, who was hired as the program’s first head coach. The Jaguars began play in 2009, when they completed their inaugural season without a loss.
South Alabama plays its home games at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile. The road games in Dothan and at UC Davis are the first two of the Jaguars’ three 2010 away games to go on sale. The ticket office did not announce when orders for the third road game will be accepted.
Season ticket holders who want to attend either road game are encouraged to watch for the mailed order form and return it before the July 30 deadline, since seating priority will be based on Jaguar Athletic Fund points rather than the date an order is received.
