Issues facing candidates
Sheriff Huey “Hoss” Mack is seeking a fifth term as the Baldwin County Commission spends $65 million to build a new jail in Bay Minette.
The proposed $2.1 billion Mobile Bay bridge project is also a topic heading into the election season. The Metropolitan Planning Organization that weighs in on the project is made up of elected officials from county and city governments.
