Prichard Vehicles Pulled, Trash Pickup Declared Emergency as City’s Insurance Runs Out
Prichard's City Council declared a state of emergency over garbage collection and recalled non-emergency vehicles after learning the city's liability insurance was set to lapse at midnight Friday.
