Authorities have released new information in a Monroe County murder, charging 26-year-old Juan Fischer with murder in the death of 22-year-old Rebecca Hamilton. The incident happened in Excel.
Fischer was arrested early Friday morning. An investigator said they believe domestic violence led to the death.
