MOBILE, Ala. — South Alabama has entered the Collegiate Baseball NCAA Division I poll, debuting at No. 29 in the rankings released Monday.
The Jaguars moved into the poll after consecutive Sun Belt Conference sweeps of Georgia State, which led the league at the time, and Georgia Southern, which was second in the standings, on the road. The sweeps moved South Alabama into first place in the conference.
