MOBILE, Ala. — South Alabama baseball opens its 2012 season Friday at 6:30 p.m. when the Jaguars host College of Charleston in the first game of a three-game weekend series at Stanky Field.
The series opener is the first game for South Alabama under head coach Mark Calvi, who is in his first season leading the program after succeeding longtime coach Steve Kittrell.
Series Schedule and Promotions
- Friday, Feb. 17: 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Feb. 18: 2 p.m. ($1 Hot Dog Day, with $1 hot dogs sold from 1 to 2 p.m.)
- Sunday, Feb. 19: 1 p.m. (Family Day)
The Sunday Family Day package includes four tickets, four hot dogs, four Pepsi drinks and two Jaguar T-shirts for $30.
Tickets
Single-game prices are $10 for box seats and $8 for chair-back seats. General admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $4 for children ages 2 to 12. Children under 2 are admitted free. Group tickets for parties of 15 or more start at $3 per ticket.
Season tickets are on sale starting at $50 per seat. Under a family offer, the purchase of one adult season ticket includes one child’s season ticket at no charge.
Tickets can be bought in advance at the Mitchell Center ticket office, open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., or at the ticket windows at Stanky Field. Ticket information is available at 461-1USA.
