MOBILE, Ala. — South Alabama football will hold its 2011 Fan Day on Saturday, Aug. 13, from 10 a.m. to noon at Ladd-Peebles Stadium, giving fans a chance to meet head coach Joey Jones and the Jaguars before the season.
The event is free and open to the public.
Autographs and Photos
Fans are invited to bring memorabilia for players and coaches to sign, along with cameras for photos with members of the team.
Tickets and Merchandise
The South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office will be on site with information on season tickets, flex plans and individual game tickets for the 2011 season.
The university bookstore will also be at the stadium selling official JagWear merchandise and tailgating supplies, including the new South Alabama GameDay jersey by Nike.
Parking and Entry
Only Gate 2W will be open for access to the field and grandstands, so fans are asked to park on the west, or home, side of the stadium.

Third Season Under Jones
The 2011 season will be the third for South Alabama football, which began play in 2009 under Jones. The Jaguars play their home games at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile.
