MOBILE, Ala. — South Alabama will wear its all-blue uniforms Saturday when the Jaguars host Nicholls State at Ladd-Peebles Stadium, and the university is encouraging fans to wear blue to the game.
Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8.
Gates, Tailgating and Tickets
Stadium parking lots will open for tailgating at 8 a.m., and stadium gates will open at 2 p.m.
General admission end zone tickets are available for $10, and reserved sideline seats cost $15.
Parking and Shuttle Service
Parking at Ladd-Peebles Stadium is limited. Fans without a parking pass may use private lots near the stadium, though those lots are not operated or managed by South Alabama or the stadium.
The Wave transit system will run a shuttle between Bel Air Mall and the stadium for $2.50 round trip. Shuttles will begin at noon and run continuously until 90 minutes after the game ends.
Jaguar Prowl
Fans can greet the Jaguars at the Jaguar Prowl, the gameday tradition in which supporters line the route as players and coaches arrive at the stadium. The Prowl begins 2 hours and 20 minutes before kickoff, with the team walking across the south side of the stadium.
Weather
Local forecasts called for a chance of rain after kickoff.
South Alabama, coached by Joey Jones, is playing its first season as a full member of the Sun Belt Conference.
