Get ready to find your lost shaker of salt as Eastern Shore American Legion Post 199 presents its 3rd Annual “Lost Shaker — A Salute to Jimmy Buffett” on the shore of Mobile Bay.

The event will take place Saturday, Aug. 8, at Eastern Shore American Legion Post 199 in Fairhope. Gates open at 3 p.m. The Wrong Terns take the stage at 3:30 p.m., followed by The Street Folks at 5 p.m.

Guests will enjoy an afternoon and evening filled with the music and laid-back coastal spirit of Jimmy Buffett, along with margaritas, cheeseburgers, tropical attire, fellowship and one of the best sunset views on Mobile Bay.

Post 199 Commander Dale Taylor and Bob Gregory, bandleader for The Street Folks, said the event supports Post 199’s continuing mission of serving veterans, military families, youth and the Eastern Shore community.

Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair but leave coolers at home. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The event will be held rain or shine. Advance tickets are $25 per person through Eventbrite; admission at the gate is $30 per person.

The event will be held at Eastern Shore American Legion Post 199, The Tiki Bar on Mobile Bay, 700 South Mobile Street, Fairhope, AL 36532.
