Bowl week is underway in Mobile as the University at Buffalo Bulls and the Troy University Trojans settle in ahead of Saturday night’s Dollar General Bowl at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
The week’s schedule stretches well beyond the field. NFL legend Archie Manning headlines Friday’s Mayor’s Luncheon as guest speaker, and downtown Mobile hosts a Mardi Gras parade Friday night, adding a Carnival flavor to the festivities.
Kickoff between the Bulls and Trojans is set for 6 p.m. Saturday at Ladd-Peebles Stadium, with the game televised nationally on ESPN.
