The Joe Jefferson Players will bring Disney’s “Frozen the Musical” to the stage at the Joe Jefferson Playhouse in Mobile, with performances running Aug. 7-23.

Shows are scheduled Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. throughout the run.

The production is based on the Academy Award-winning animated film and features the movie’s beloved songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, along with new music written specifically for the stage adaptation.

Tickets are $20, with discounts available for students, members of the military and groups of more than 10.

The show marks the community theater group’s latest production at the Joe Jefferson Playhouse, a longtime home for live theater in Mobile.
