A 16-year-old Lucedale, Mississippi singer has released a music video filmed among the people and places she grew up with.

Hillary Reese’s newest single, “All the Good Ones Are Crazy,” was shot mostly at Goober’s Laundromat and the Senior Citizens Building in Lucedale, with family members and local residents joining in. Reese said the song pokes fun at her upbringing, all in love.

Reese began taking voice lessons at age eight and built an online following as a preteen. Her influences range from Loretta Lynn and Merle Haggard to Dolly Parton, and she describes her sound as a mix of everything she loves with an emphasis on fiddle and steel guitar. Her team is submitting the video to Country Music Television and other outlets, and she is booked for the Mississippi Songwriters Festival in Ocean Springs in September.
