Birmingham’s Through the Sparks
Birmingham’s Through the Sparks close out the night. A Communicating Vessels and Skybucket Records artist, the band has carried its brand of suave, ethereal indie rock from the Magic City all the way to South by Southwest in Austin. Their catalog is known for holding onto its complexity without sacrificing melodic appeal, and hearing those layered studio arrangements translated to a live setting should make for one of the more interesting sets of the weekend.
