A judge set bond at $90,000 for the man accused of shooting two children inside their grandmother’s home in Mobile.
William Tricksey, 25, appeared for a bond hearing Monday, Jan. 3, where Judge Moore set $15,000 bond on each assault charge and $30,000 on a shooting-into-a-building charge. If released, Tricksey will be under house arrest and required to wear an ankle monitor. His next court date was set for Thursday, Jan. 6.
Brother Called a Hero
Mobile police arrested Tricksey Thursday in connection with the Tuesday shooting. The boys’ mother said her older son was a hero for trying to shield his younger brother from the gunfire.
Both boys were recovering as of their family’s last update.
