A benefit raffle underway in Mobile in November 2012 aimed to help the two children of Wendy Fisher, a Mobile woman who was shot and killed in July after she yelled at a speeding car to slow down on her street.

Harley-Davidson or $8,000 Cash

Raffle tickets were priced at $100, with the winner choosing between a 2012 Harley-Davidson Nightster valued at $10,500 or an $8,000 cash prize. All proceeds supported Fisher’s family, who were left without a mother when the July shooting cut her life short.

Tickets were available at several Mobile locations: The Haberdasher downtown, Planet Fitness at Tillman’s Corner on Highway 90, Planet Fitness on Schillinger, and Taste Wine Bar on Airport Boulevard at The Loop. Organizers directed questions to 251-654-2254.
