MOBILE, Ala. — The threat of severe weather Tuesday evening has led local schools to call off after-school activities.

The Mobile County Public School System canceled all after-school activities, including after-school care, citing the weather threat. The system said activities could be rescheduled if conditions allow.

Bishop State Community College also canceled classes and closed all campuses beginning at 4 p.m., with regular schedules set to resume Wednesday, May 5.
