Alabama Power has reopened its business office lobbies and Appliance Centers to walk-in customers, the company announced.

The reopening comes with a set of safety practices: high-contact areas are being sanitized regularly, barriers separate work stations, and the number of customers allowed inside lobbies at one time is limited. Employees have been provided protective equipment, hand-sanitizing stations are in place, and customers are required to wear facial coverings inside.

Other Payment Options Remain

Customers who prefer not to come inside can still use 24/7 payment kiosks, drop boxes, and drive-through options where available.
