A Mobile ministry is teaming up with a regional food bank partner to put groceries directly into neighbors’ cars this weekend.
The Blessing Angels Gifting Tree will hold a drive-thru mobile pantry food giveaway starting at noon Saturday, March 6, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 5051 Frison.
Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to Mobile County residents until supplies run out.
Recipients must sign in while remaining in their vehicles, with volunteers loading the food — a contact-free format that has become standard for pantries during the pandemic.
