Firefighters were called to a house fire in Satsuma early Friday morning, with flames reported at a home on Oak Avenue off Highway 43, near Satsuma High School.
The fire started shortly before 3:30 a.m. Crews responded to the scene as details about the extent of the damage and any injuries were still being confirmed.
