GULF SHORES, Ala. — A man wanted in connection with a January shooting at a Gulf Shores cigar bar has been arrested and jailed, according to local police.
Gulf Shores police said Joe Fitzgerald Foster Jr. was taken into custody and transferred to the Baldwin County Detention Facility. He had been sought by the Gulf Shores Police Department for his alleged role in an early-morning shooting at Cohiba Dunes Cigar Bar on Jan. 17.
Foster faces charges of shooting into an occupied vehicle and reckless endangerment, authorities said.
The investigation remains active, and anyone with information is urged to contact the Gulf Shores Police Department.
