Prichard police have identified a man whose body was discovered in the yard of an unoccupied home as 55-year-old Michael Anthony Williams.
Officers responded around 8 a.m. on Monday, December 31, after the body was found at a vacant house at 320 Bella Street, near Prichard Avenue.
Police said it was not known how long Williams had been there before he was found. Investigators had also not determined whether foul play was involved in his death, and the department released no additional details about the circumstances.
