THOMASVILLE, Ala. — Thomasville City Schools canceled classes Tuesday after a water main ruptured on the campus shared by Thomasville Middle School and Thomasville High School.
Mayor Sheldon Day said the cancellations were necessary because water service to the schools had to be shut off for several hours while crews repaired the line.
