The 4th Annual Sisters For Life Wellness Expo returns to Mobile this month, offering a full day of health, wellness and educational programming for women. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22, at the Mobile Convention Center, 1 South Water Street.
Organizers designed the expo to promote women’s health and wellness through workshops, panel discussions, keynote speakers and interactive sessions covering fitness, nutrition, finance, beauty, education and personal development.
Attendees can also expect vendor shopping, fashion shows, live entertainment, beauty and self-care demonstrations, financial empowerment sessions, relationship discussions, job recruitment opportunities and educational resources throughout the day. Organizers said the goal is to educate and empower women of all backgrounds while encouraging healthier lifestyles.
