Free ‘Sea No Limits’ Fishing Clinic Returns to Pensacola’s Community Maritime Park Oct. 10

Arc Gateway is bringing back its annual "Sea No Limits" fishing clinic this fall, offering children and adults with disabilities a free, hands-on day on the water at Community Maritime Park in Pensacola.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to noon on Oct. 10 and is open to participants of all ages and skill levels. Volunteers and instructors will walk attendees through the basics of fishing, from baiting a hook to casting a line, in a supportive, accessible setting along Pensacola Bay.

Organizers say the clinic is designed to make the sport approachable for newcomers, with staff on hand to offer one-on-one guidance throughout the morning.

What Participants Receive

The first 250 people to register will each go home with a free rod and reel, an event T-shirt and bait to keep. A grilled lunch and beverages will also be provided for participants and their families following the morning of fishing.

Registration is required in advance and is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Because space is limited, organizers are urging interested families to sign up early rather than wait until the event draws closer.
