The Monroe County Museum will host a workshop on storytelling and genealogy Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., aimed at helping participants begin documenting their family history.

Participants are encouraged to start with a single person or memory as a first step toward building out their family’s story. The class will be led by Cossondra Dunn Howard. A $25 fee includes lunch, and space is limited to 15 spots. Those interested in attending can call the museum to reserve a spot.
