The 8th annual endITnow Family Day and “Love Shouldn’t Hurt” March will bring awareness to human trafficking and domestic violence in Mobile on Aug. 22. The event will feature a free community picnic, a petting zoo and a bounce house for children.
“Families, city leaders, first responders, and business owners enjoy the day as together we share a message of prevention, awareness, love, and hope,” event organizers said.
Organizers said the goal of the event is to provide resources to people who may be experiencing domestic violence or human trafficking, while letting attendees know they are loved and not alone. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Cathedral Square in downtown Mobile.
